The Poolside/Garden Studios are spacious self-contained fully air conditioned studios which are perfect for couples or singles.
All studios have lovely locations set amongst the resort’s tropical gardens or near one of the resort's two swimming pools.
The Poolside/Garden Studios contain a king bed (twin singles available), a well-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, cooktop along with tea and coffee making facilities. The room is fully insect screened.
A lounge/TV area opens onto a covered patio/veranda with a sun lounger and deck chairs.
Relax on your own private patio and enjoy beautiful views of the gardens, while being just steps away from one of the resort’s two swimming pools.
Poolside One-Bedroom Suite

This spacious fully air conditioned one bedroom suite is ideal for a couple, singles travelling together or a small family. This suite features a separate bedroom, a kitchen lounge area and a large balcony overlooking the swimming pool and tropical gardens.
The suite has one large bedroom with king bed (twin singles available) an additional bed can be added to the lounge area if requested.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and contains a fridge/freezer, microwave, cooktop along with tea and coffee making facilities. The lounge area with TV, opens out onto a covered patio/veranda with sun lounger and deck chairs. The suite is fully insect screened.

This large, fully air conditioned poolside garden suite features two large bedrooms with king beds (can be twin singles, plus single bed) that is suitable for couples/singles travelling together or an adult family.
The kitchen is well equipped with a full fridge/freezer, microwave, cooktop and tea and coffee making facilities. The lounge area contains dining facilities, lounge chairs and TV area.
The lounge and one bedroom opens out onto a spacious covered patio with outdoor furniture and lounger. This suite has one bathroom with WC and the second bathroom contains a WC and hand-basin. The suite is fully insect screened.
Two of these suites are situated on the ground floor and are access friendly (wheelchair or limited mobility) with the main bathroom modified for wheelchair access. Our pathways throughout the resort allow for our guests to travel unencumbered from their room, to the restaurant, bar, reception and the beachfront.

Sunset Resort is situated just 3.7 miles from Avarua in Rarotonga. Its spacious, self-catering studios and suites either boast a beachfront location, or overlook the 2 outdoor swimming pools.
The studios and suites at Resort Sunset are nestled among tropical gardens. Each features a fully equipped kitchen, a private patio or balcony and air conditioning.
Sunset Resort Rarotonga has an all-day dining restaurant and bar. Each morning it serves a continental and cooked breakfast. An à la carte menu is offered for lunch and dinner. Some nights there are live music and dance performances.
Sunset Resort is situated approximately 4.3 miles from Rarotonga Airport. An airport shuttle can be organised upon request, and there is also free onsite parking.
Arorangi is a great choice for travellers interested in friendly people, relaxation and seafood.
