Around the resort

Sunset Resort is an island leader when it comes to accessibility, with resort owners understanding the unique requirements for guests with mobility issues.  

Accessible pathways lead to all resort amenities including down to the beachside cabana, meaning guests can travel unencumbered from their room to the reception, swimming pools, bar, restaurant and beachfront to catch that famous beachside tropical sunset. 

As a courtesy for guests, the resort also has a wheelchair and set of crutches available, which may be pre-booked prior to arrival (subject to availability).
 

Rooms

The resort caters extremely well for guests with mobility issues, with a choice of rooms on offer.

Currently the Sunset Resort offers 2 fully accessible ‘2 Bedroom Poolside Suites,’ with 2 x ‘Poolside Garden Studios’ being modified and scheduled to be available for bookings by mid 2024. 

Each accessible room has wide double sliding entrance doors, with wide patios providing ample room for a wheelchair.  Each bathroom is fully modified, with wide doors on entrance and rails in the shower.
